Welcome to our beautiful home located in the highly sought-after North Hollywood neighborhood. This house is centrally located. 3 minutes from the 170 highway. It’s less than 10 minutes from Universal studios, 15 mins from LA zoo, hiking trails, 10 mins from Hollywood and so much more! The house is equipped with a full kitchen that includes everything you need to cook various meals, Keurig coffee maker, dining table for 6, TV in living room and main bedroom, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms total! Best suited for longer stays and families. In about a 2-3 months maybe longer, there will be a guest house being built in the backyard. Construction should last roughly 6 weeks more or less.
